Patrick Leblond

Patrick Leblond is an Associate Professor in the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa, where he also holds the CN - Paul M. Tellier Chair in Business and Public Policy. In addition, he is a Senior Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI), a Research Associate at CIRANO, and an Affiliated Professor of International Business at HEC Montréal.
